Game-Based Learning in Project Sustainability Management Education

Projects and project-based activities account for over 30% of the global GPD act as significant vehicles in transition towards a more sustainable future. Sustainability strategies are typically enacted implemented through projects organisations firms. Incorporating sustainability principles into project, product, service management processes with successful project decision making is challenging task requires new personnel competencies skills. Project education embedding purposeful, integrative, innovative, seamless manner. One way to facilitate this process educational games. Active experiential teaching methods will enable learning practising complex simulative environment at same time. To extend knowledge designing using games education, we explore development use novel game solution called Business Game. It provides students teachers computer game-based which planning, stakeholder management, cost making, risk skills can be enhanced by means experiential, situational, problem-based learning. The was explored context educating European ‘Junior Expert Circular Economy’ on blended course spring 2021. Action design research applied method. results describe requirements goals instruction based these needs experiences implementation. findings indicate strong suitability teach create positive student achieving improving engagement.
